9" (23 cm.) Lithographed tin Popeye with pipe in mouth,classic sailor suit,tattoo,is pushing a
wheelbarrow labeled "Popeye Express" containing a steamer trunk with a parrot hidden inside.
When wound,he walks vigorously forward,pushing the wheelbarrow and causing the parrot to
pop out of the trunk lid. Marks: Pat. Pend. Excellent condition of lithography,functions well.
