8" (20 cm.) Carved wooden figure of standing monkey posed as though walking, its left arm holding an armload of vegetables, sculpted pointy ears, sculpted crown of hair, long curly tail that curves around, well-defined face. Excellent condition. Genoese, early 1700s.
