The fruitwood sewing table of fine burled wood has lower shelf and ebony-finished black spindled legs, and with beaded edge top which hinges open to tufted red silk interior, containing a tape measure in the shape of a carriage clock, lorgnette thimble, and lace pieces. Excellent condition. French, circa 1875.
