Description
18"(46 cm.) Highly-characterized brown-complexioned composition head depicting a cheerful-
faced woman,having painted brown eyes with rich black eyeliner and brows,broad nose,very wide
beaming smile with row of painted teeth,brown muslin body with over-sized composition hands
and feet. The doll is wearing her factory original cotton print dress and apron,bandana,and
undergarments,and is holding a little composition baby in flannel blanket. Unmarked. Circa
1935,designed by Tony Sarg. Excellent original condition,slight paint rubs on fingers. Original
costume in vibrant fresh colors.
