Description
16" (41 cm.) Each is all-cloth with mask-pressed and painted facial features,peach muslin
body with stitch-jointing at shoulders and knees,each has round chubby face with brown
side-glancing eyes,painted curly upper lashes,short-stroke brows,white eye dots,closed
mouth with bow-shaped lips,blushed cheeks. Included are Beth with dark brunette yarn hair
having bangs,side curls captured by grosgrain ribbon,wearing her original blue flowered
cotton dress over petticoat and pantalets,shoes and socks; and Jo with light brown yarn hair
having curls framing her face and then captured by a red ribbon into long ringlet
curls,wearing red cotton dress with organdy trim and apron,black velvet
edging,pantalets,petticoat,shoes and socks. Each of the costumes is marked "Beth [or Jo] of
Little Women Madame Alexander,NY,Rights Reserved". Excellent condition,beautifully
