Pressed bisque socket head,blue glass paperweight inset eyes,dark eyeliner,rose blushed eyeshadow,lushly-painted dark lashes,feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,dimpled chin,separately-applied pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose E. 9 J. (and artist checkmarks,head). Jumeau Medaille d̴Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau,circa 1885,the doll also bears a paper label from Gesland boutique where it was likely re-strung or from which it was sold more than a century ago.
