Bisque socket head with very fully cheeks and throat,on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,blue glass enamel inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows,mauve blushed eye shadow,shaded nostrils,pierced ears,closed mouth with defined space and outlined teeth between the shaded and accented lips,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig,cork pate,kid bebe body with gusset-jointed hips and knees,bisque lower arms with separately sculpted fingers,beautifully costumed in vintage silk dress,undergarments,antique bonnet,Bru shoes signed "B" in script. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Bte SGDG (incised on upper crown rim) (circle/dot symbol on head). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,circa 1880,an earliest period bebe of this model.
