Description
13" (33 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, outlined downcast lips, composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 192 4. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1892, the firm deposed the model in that year. Value Points: very fine quality of bisque enhances the wide-eyed pouty expression, original body and body finish.
