jolly-faced chubby (hence,"Happifats") character,each with sculpted forelock (curls for
girls),painted features with amusing expressions and eyes,painted shoes and costumes.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: c. Comments: Happifats family,including
father,mother,two smaller children,designed by American artist Kate Jordan and created for
George Borgfeldt in Germany,1920s; the baby̴s name is Freshie. Value Points" rare to find
complete set of four dolls,with delightful details.
