Description
14" (36 cm.) A fancy drum with elaborate decorations of circus performers on the sides,and
scene of children playing on the drum,has a paper-mache jester in original costume posed atop
the drum. When the handle is turned,there is vigorous rat-a-tat-tat noise from the drum.
Excellent condition,some wear to jester costume,functions well. Probably German,circa 1885.
