Description
5" (13 cm.) and 7". Each has bisque swivel head with chubby facial shape enhanced by impressed
dimples and wide beaming smile,sculpted short brown curly hair with forelock detail,tiny blue
glass sleep eyes,painted lashes and brows,two teeth,loop-jointed bisque arms and legs,painted
socks and blue or pink shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Bonnie Babe,designed
by American artist Georgene Averill and produced in Germany,circa 1925. Value Points:
delightful pair of laughing characters in variations of size and shoes appear as big brother and
baby sister.
