17" (43 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with black sculpted hair waved away from her face and
arranged with a large pouf of curls at the forehead,then drawn behind the fully-sculpted pierced
ears into ringlet curls that tumble just to her shoulders,and also form a chignon at the back of
her head; with painted blue eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,single-stroke brows,circle accents
at nostrils,closed mouth,modeled bodice with delineation of tucks and trim,and having a
sculpted blue bow and blue buttons; old muslin stitch-jointed body,antique gown and
undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1875. Value Points:
fancy coiffure with stippling details around the forehead,pierced ears,fancy bodice.
