22" (56 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with plumply shaped face,light-brown sculpted hair with
tightly-arranged finger curls onto her forehead and waved behind her sculpted ears,tiers of
finger curls spilling backwards from her crown onto her shoulders and captured by a painted
black hair band,painted pale blue eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,brown painted
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accent line between the pale lips,old muslin stitch-
jointed body,porcelain lower limbs. Condition: generally excellent,legs are not original and one is
reglued at ankle. Comments: Germany,circa 1875,interesting variation in hair style and color
with #16,although facial model is virtually identical. Value Points: wonderful "sister" doll,with
fine sculpting of rare brown hair,antique costume.
