13" (33 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady with blonde sculpted hair in soft pageboy
style,slender face,elongated throat,painted blue eyes with defined eye sockets,painted lashes
and brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth,muslin body with bisque lower limbs,beautiful antique
costume with chain stitch embroidery and silk fringe. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 12.
Comments: attributed to Conta & Bohme,circa 1875. Value Points: beautiful expression on the
petite lady,whose hair is ornamented with purple lustre comb,and fanciful plumes of
turquoise,orange and gilded white.
