Pink-tinted bisque socket head depicting a young girl,having sculpted short brown hair waved across her forehead and captured by a blue hair bow at the side,fully sculpted ears,intaglio narrow blue upper-glancing eyes,black upper eyeliner,white eye dots,short feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with full lips,accent line between the lips,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,lovely antique dress with tucks and embroidery,undergarments,leather shoes,stockings. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 8381 Heubach (in square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1911,the doll is a portrait of the young Princess Juliana of the Netherlands,born in 1909. Value Points: among the rarest of the Heubach character models,its rarity is rivaled by the superb quality of its sculpting,bisque and painting.
