2 1/2" (6 cm.) The fancily-shaped toiletry case of tortoise shell with gilt bronze frame has cast brass feet, ormolu medallion on lid with cast ball handle, and opens to a pair of glass jars with beveled shape and silver lids. Excellent condition. French, circa 1865.
