52" (132 cm.) l. A carved wooden carousel horse posed as though prancing has richly carved
mane with defined details,amber glass eyes,carved saddle,horsehair tail and elaborately painted
saddle blanket and accessories over white coat. The horse is mounted on a wooden platform
with two brass poles. Excellent structural condition overall,repainted. American,late 19th century.
A superb piece of wood artistry and craftsmanship.
