13" (33 cm.) x 13". A boxed game depicts on its cover and on its game board a vibrantly colorful
circus scene of a clown asking questions of an elephant savant while monkeys,trick dogs and
other circus figures frolic nearby. The game operates by turning a wooden knob that reveals a
series of questions and accompanying answers. The game was actually an educational toy,as the
questions concerned math,geography and historical facts. Very good/excellent condition,some
fraying at box edges. French,late 19th century,attributed to Saussine.
