Description
4" (10 cm.) Each is all-bisque classic standing Kewpie with topknot,blue wings,side-glancing
googly eyes,and loop-jointed arms with starfish-shaped hands. Each is wearing a cloth or paper
costume,including Bride,Flower Kewpie with silk petaled cap and skirt and carrying hat box
(possibly originally used as candy container),and Kewpie with wrapped silk dress. Excellent
condition,hat box worn. Each signed O'Neill on feet,one with original paper label. Germany,circa
1920,designed by Rose O'Neill,costumes appear to be original.
