16" (41 cm.) overall length including handles. A wooden-framed cradle-board with curved
handles and hooded top is covered with thick hammered suede decorated with original yellow
paint,bi-color beaded designs,and suede lacing,and contains a handmade doll of homespun with
simple embroidered features and stitched-on dyed-black homespun "hair",cotton wrapped faux
body. Good condition,some age wear. Native American,mid-19th century,a rare and compelling
original play toy.
