Pale bisque socket head with plump facial modeling,brown glass inset eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with accent line between the pale lips,blushed cheeks,unpierced ears,blonde mohair wig,early composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists,antique green wool costume with embroidered lace collar,cuffs and hem,undergarments,bonnet,leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: B.E. (block letters). Comments: mystery maker,few examples of dolls with this marking have been found,body and facial styling indicate early production,circa 1882.
