of paperweight quality,thick dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,thick brush-stroked and feathered
brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,open mouth with outlined lips,two square-cut upper
teeth,one square-cut lower tooth,dimpled chin,pierced ears,blonde mohair curly wig,composition
and wooden ball-jointed body,beautiful antique lace dress and ruffled silk and lace
bonnet,undergarments,shoes. Condition; generally excellent,original body finish,two fingers
broken. Marks: S 15 H 939. Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1890. Value Points: gorgeous
face with fine luminous bisque,impressed dimples at lip corners and chin,fine quality of painting
especially of eye decoration.
