18" (46 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with
very pale complexion and plump facial
features,cobalt blue glass inset eyes,painted
lashes,lightly feathered brows,closed mouth with
outlined lips,accented nostrils,unpierced
ears,early brunette mohair wig over painted yellow
pate,original muslin stitch-jointed body with
bisque arms to above the elbows,curled
fingers,bisque lower legs with painted purple
lustre boots and purple tassel stocking
rims,antique costume. Condition: generally
excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value
Points: very rare model with beautiful
bisque,unusual pate,original body with fancy boots.
