delicate pink tinting,plump facial model,painted
blue upper-glancing eyes,thick black upper
eyeliner,painted curly upper lashes,feathered
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed
mouth with downcast pouting expression,blonde
lambswool wig over cork pate,softly-stuffed kid
poupee body with gusset-jointed hips,porcelain
lower arms,wearing beautiful antique costume
comprising silk plaid down in shades of mauve and
cream,undergarments,bonnet,necklace,little kidskin
slippers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks:
Mme Rohmer...(oval stamp on torso). Comments:
Rohmer,circa 1860. Value Points: very fine
doll,perfectly exemplifying the artistry of the
important early French doll maker,wonderful facial
expression.
