Description
8" (20 cm.) Paper mache shoulder head with
sculpted black hair arranged in very long ringlet
curls at either side of the face,and captured in a
chignon at the back,with painted dark blue
eyes,lashes,tiny closed mouth,slender kid body
with wooden hands and feet,wearing original
costume. Condition: generally excellent,few paint
rubs on original finish. Comments: Germany,circa
1840. Value Points: elaborate coiffure on tiny
dollhouse sized model,original finish.
