Description
12" (30 cm.) Each has celluloid head with laughing
character expression,painted features,sculpted
hair,on muslin body with hidden internal musical
device,spiral spring legs,composition lower arms
and legs. When bellows squeezed or legs bounced up
and down,the clowns play their music; an actual
tune is heard. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: X9. Comments: Germany,circa 1910. Value
Points: delightful trio in wonderfully preserved
