24" (60 cm.) Bisque socket head,dark blue glass
sleep eyes,thick brown painted eyeliner,incised
eyeliner,one stroke tapered brows,upturned nose
with accented nostrils,closed mouth in pouting
expression,shaded and accented lips,brunette
mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed
body,wearing antique boy"s costume including blue
woolen coat and plaid cap. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: K*R 114 60. Comments: Kammer and
Reinhardt,circa 1912,their very rare glass-eyed
version of "Hans" from the art character series.
Value Points: rare model whose larger size allows
for wonderful expression of character features
enhanced further by finest quality of bisque and
painting.
