cotton in very narrow stripes of alternating dark
and light blue and
white stripes features a lace-trimmed square-cut
neckline,fitted
bodice,flat-front skirt with curved appliques of
same fabric,and
four-tiers of ruffles that begin at the sides and
extend all-around
the back. Circa 1860.
