Description
4" inside head width. Very lush royal blue velvet
bonnet is padded and lined with ivory silk satin.
The velvet and ivory form a very dominant ruffle
around the face and forming into a bavolet at the
nape. The bonnet is decorated at the crown with a
garland of silk flowers and lace,and has a bow and
streamers of double-sided blue velvet and silk.
