4" shoulder width. 12" overall length. A textured
fabric of wool and silk combination has maroon
velvet edging at rounded neckline and pouf
sleeves,pleated front and back bodice,dropped
waist with ruching at the hips,and maroon silk
bows at the left front and back shoulder. Circa 1885.
