Description
3" shoulder width. 6" waist. 12" overall length.
The three-piece gown of brown silk with
lighter-brown shadow-striping has a short fitted
jacket with coat sleeves,flat-front skirt,and
overskirt with apron front and three-tiered
lappets at the back. The gown is edged with black
lace at cuffs,apron,and lappets,and has a white
lace collar. Circa 1865.
