Description
2" inside head width. The rounded-shape bonnet is
constructed of a very fine ribbed material,likely
a silk/wool combination with wire-framed brim.
There is a draped and folded aqua velvet inner
brim,and the same velvet forming a band with
draped bow at the exterior. A dainty feather and
rose petals add decorative touches. The bonnet has
original tulle lining. Circa 1865.
