ribbed white pique with transfer print of tiny red
flowers,the two-piece gown comprises a fitted
basque jacket with wide flaring hips that extend
3/4 of the skirt length,having six wooden buttons
over hook and eye,long pagoda sleeves,white braid
edging on jacket,collar and cuffs. With
tightly-gathered full-length skirt. Circa 1860.
