Description
3" shoulder width. 10" length. A semi-fitted
jacket dress of horizontally-ribbed white pique
with flat front and flared sides features coat
sleeves and a snugly fitted back bodice with
box-pleat below the waist. There is a wide collar
edged with dainty lace that is repeated on the
sleeve edges,and six buttons with loop closures.
The entire front,hem,and back collar are
embroidered with soutache trim. Circa 1880.
