Description
3 1/2" shoulder width. 7" waist. 13" overall
length. A red plaid one-piece dress of
linsey-woolsey has a self collar,coat-shaped
sleves,fitted fotice and waist,and gathered skirt
with extra tier at the hemline that is barely
visible but gives shape to the skirt. There are
three bands of narrow black velvet ribbon at the
bodice and cuffs,and three black buttons with loop
closure at the back. Circa 1860s.
