Red Silk Dress with Bertha Collar and Bonnet

4 1/ 2" shoulder width. 14" overall length. Red silk dress with pleated yoke encircled by a lace Bertha collar,has pouf sleeves with dart-shaping and wide lace sleeve bands,and a pleated loosely-fitting skirt that falls from beneath the collar. There is a border of lace at the hem,and red silk bows at the yoke. Along with a red silk wire-framed bonnet with lace-edging,petal-shaped cap back,and decorated with red silk ribbons and a burgundy plume. Circa 1900.
