Description
9" shoulder width. 20" over all length. Of
lustrous thick blue velvet,the rounded-neck
fully-lined dress features a drop-waist above
pleated skirt,and has short caplet sleeves. The
neckline is edged with an exquisite embroidered
lace fraise that forms into a wide ruffled
collar,and matches the 1 1/2" lace ruffle at the
sleeve edge. There is a small fabric tear at the
back skirt. Circa 1880.
