Description
3 1/2" shoulder width. 11" overall length. Of
white pique with fleecy backing and having
quilted-like diamond-shape design on the
fabric,the flat-front dress has flared skirt
sides,is faux-double-breasted,with seven handmade
button holes for one actual row of buttons,long
coat sleeves,dart-shaped down the entire back with
three 1 1/2" box-pleats at the hemline. Pearl
buttons and handmade cotton loop-lace provide
simple but effective decoration. Circa 1870.
