Description
3" shoulder width. 7" waist. Of fine ecru silk
with a delicately woven patterned design,the
dart-shaped jacket with rounded neckline has an
elongated jacket back with constructed bustle. The
neckline is trimmed with a wide embroidered tulle
collar that matches the lace that appear on the
cuffs and entirely around the jacket bottom edge.
Cream silk satin ribbons and bows add further
detail. Circa 1870.
