Description
8" overall width. 3" inside head width. A
wire-framed bonnet with flat-top and graduated
width of brim (4" at the crown and 2" at the
nape),is richly covered with soft cream velvet,and
decoarted with ivory silk band and bows and a
white plumed feather. There is a tulle and silk
lining. Circa 1890.
