Description
3 1/2" shoulder width. 15" length. A crisp cotton
print with
narrow diagonal stripes and white bands is used
for this striking
day dress with orange and brown braid frog
closures and white
pearl buttons on the front opening. The braid trim
is repeated
around the neckline,sleeves,edges of two
pockets,and at the
back waist above a box-pleat that extends into
demi-train. The
pagoda-shaped sleeves enhance the overall Asian
influence of
the costume. A ruffle of tulle is at the neckline.
