Description
5" shoulder width. 15" overall length. Of a finely
woven pique with waffle-weave pattern and fleecy
underside,the princess style dress has a dropped
waist,graduated width lapels,pearl button
front,coat sleeves,six decorative lappets and a
pleated skirt. The lapels,cuffs,lappets and
neckline are edged with self-piping,braids,and
scalloped edge cutwork,as are the two small
pockets at the side hips. Circa 1880.
