white pique
bonnet,with fleecy liner for warmth,has a generous
5" fold-over
brim around the entire face,and extended bavolet
given shape by
box pleats. The cap is generously embroidered with
white
soutache,and the cap is secured by hidden ties. A
child's garment
that is suitable for a larger doll. Circa 1850.
