Description
4 " (11 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head depicting
little baby with painted facial features and
sculpted bonnet with ruffled edging and magenta
ribbons,attached to twill-covered bellows torso
which "cries" when squeezed,and having attached
plump lower torso and legs,jointed porcelain arms.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany:
circa 1865. Value Points: the little taufling baby
has rare sculpted bonnet,original body,and owns an
early porcelain tub.
