17" (43 cm.) Pink-tinted porcelain shoulder head with rounded child-like face,black sculpted hair with wide center-part that is waved softly at the sides of her forehead to behind her ears and forming into a row of short uniform finger curls. She has black glass enamel inset eyes that are framed by all-around painted lashes,red upper eyeliner,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center accent line,and original muslin stitch-jointed body with leather arms. She is wearing her original brown muslin print gown with matching jacket,undergarments and leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1865. Value Points: endearing expression on the rare glass-eyed child with original costume,lovely creamy porcelain with pink-tinted complexion.
