Description
10" (25 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of adult lady
with delicate pink tinted complexion,elongated
throat and slightly modeled bosom,painted blue
eyes,red and black upper eyeliner,single stroke
brows,accented nostrils,and closed mouth. She has
black sculpted center-parted hair drawn smoothly
around the sides of her face and captured in a
tightly braided chignon at the back of her head.
She has an original all-kid stitch-jointed body
with separated fingers. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: (thick black ink script squiggle
letters inside shoulder plate). Comments:
Germany,circa 1850. Value Points: rare early model
is entirely original,wearing patterned gown and
undergarments over her early kid body.
