12" (30 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with rounded
facial modeling,black sculpted center-parted hair
softly drawn over and behind her sculpted
ears,with defined comb-marks,and formed into short
uniform finger curls,She has black enamel glass
inset eyes,painted all-around lashes,red
eyeliner,black brows,rounded nose with accented
nostrils,tiny closed mouth with suggestion of
smile,and her original muslin body with
stitch-jointing. She is wearing antique
undergarments and a fine antique cotton plaid two
piece gown. Condition: generally excellent.
Comments: Germany,circa 1865. Value Points: rare
glass-eyed model is virtually unknown in this
petite size.
