Description
9" (23 cm.) x 7" largest. Of delicate pressed or hand-cut lace arranged on embossed die-cut
card designs in a multi-layered technique of folded paper hinges to give depth to the
presentation; the cards are decorated with embossed varnished scrap of children,flowers,little
messages,scenes,and such,and many contain little messages inside. Also included is a wooden
framed display of antique valentines and valentine-themed scrap (overall 26" x 49"). Very
good/excellent condition. Mid/late 19th century.
