Description
Each has separate head and limbs with embossed and richly detailed varnished lithography,joined with handmade torso and having grommet-articulation at shoulders and legs. The collection includes five 9" children (one dated 1880); four 7 1/2" young girls (signed Dennison) with commercial torsos; five 7" girls of another style; five 8" girls without articulation,printed head to waist with costume variations; one 8" baby; four uncut boys and girls by Raphael Tuck; 2 very large unassembled models (7" head) with doll held in arms; and 11 additional head and a large supply of arms and legs. The collection comprises many different styles of hair,face,costumes and limbs; each is different. Germany,America,or England,1880- 1910. Excellent condition.
