5" (13 cm.) chair,3" doll seated. A one-piece figure of seated brown-complexioned baby with
outstretched arms,sculpted black hair,painted features,white sculpted night shirt,is seated in a
gilt ormolu miniature high chair whose food tray is richly upholstered with padded blue velvet to
serve as pin-cushion. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1900. Value
Points: most pleasing vignette of young child,beautiful quality of chair
